Aspect is delighted to announce that the company has been listed as one of the Sunday Times Best Small Companies to Work for 2017. Aspect also achieved three star accreditation from Best Companies. This is the highest standard of employee engagement and the rating recognises organisations that excel.
The listing comes after a survey of employees and demonstrates the commitment Aspect has had since its founding in 1997 to building a world-class team.
Aspect’s highest score in the survey came for its encouragement of charitable causes which reinforces one of Aspect’s core values, being community minded.
Aspect is always looking for new ways to make the company a great place to work and will continue to look for areas to improve. This year’s listing provides further indication of the team culture that has been fostered and is highly valued within the business.
The list was announced on Wednesday 22nd February at a ceremony in London.
