Aspect is delighted to have been awarded two prizes at the EuroHedge Awards 2020. Aspect won both the Managed Futures category and the inaugural Diversity prize.
Aspect was awarded the Managed Futures category for Aspect Tactical Opportunities. The EuroHedge Awards aim to highlight the best risk-adjusted performers in the European hedge fund industry in 2020 across a range of categories, with nominations and awards being based on a combination of Sharpe ratios and absolute returns. Nominations for the individual strategy categories are based on 12-month performance numbers from January 2020 to the end of December 2020. We are also thrilled to have been awarded the inaugural EuroHedge Diversity Prize. In a year when Diversity, Equity and Inclusion was rightly at the forefront of minds we are delighted to have had our efforts recognised. The judges were impressed by the various schemes and initiatives Aspect is part of to broaden participation and appreciated the originality and wide-ranging approach we are taking. The evidence of results that we are able to demonstrate was also noted.
