Anthony co-founded Aspect in September 1997 and is the Chief Executive Officer. He chairs Aspect’s Governance Board, which is responsible for reviewing, challenging and approving the firm’s business and financial strategy and for monitoring the risk and compliance frameworks. He also chairs the Executive Committee, which determines Aspect’s overall corporate and strategic direction and is responsible for executing the business strategy and chairs Aspect’s Investment Committee, which is responsible for reviewing and approving all research leading to new or improved trading strategies and for the ongoing monitoring of existing strategies and client portfolios.

Marty co-founded Aspect in September 1997 and is our Research Director. Christopher joined Aspect in January 2005 and is the firm Chief Investment Officer. In his role, he is responsible for all investment areas of the business: research, trading risk and investment solutions, providing leadership and strategic direction to the investment process as a whole. He is a member of the Investment Committee, which is responsible for reviewing and approving all research leading to new or improved trading strategies and for the ongoing monitoring of existing strategies and client portfolios.

Ken joined Aspect in February 2004 and is responsible for the company’s middle- and back-office platform as well as the Technology, Finance, Legal & Compliance and Organisational Development functions.

Keith is Aspect’s Chief Commercial Officer and has responsibility for global business development and commercial strategy at Aspect. He oversees the Sales, Investor Relations and Marketing functions. Keith is also a member of Aspect’s Executive Committee, which is responsible for determining and executing Aspect’s overall corporate strategy.

Razvan is Aspect Capital’s Chief Product Strategist and a member of the Investment Committee. The Investment Committee is responsible for reviewing and approving all research leading to new or improved trading strategies, as well as for the ongoing monitoring of existing strategies and client portfolios. Razvan's role spans the product development and research functions at Aspect. He chairs Aspect’s Product Committee and heads the Investment Solutions team, who provide quantitative expertise to clients on the investment process and the development of new product ideas. His primary responsibility is client engagement on matters relating to strategies, products, performance, and research.

John is Aspect’s Chief Operating Officer, in which capacity he takes responsibility for the Legal, Compliance and Middle & Back Office functions and oversees the firm’s Chinese subsidiary. He is also a member of the Executive Committee, which is responsible for determining and executing Aspect’s overall corporate strategy. John joined Aspect in August 2010, initially as a member of the Legal team, and was promoted to the role of Senior Counsel for Government and Regulatory Affairs in July 2013. In January 2016, John took up a new position as Head of New Business Integration, in which he was responsible for the identification and onboarding of new investment teams and the rollout of new investment products. He became Director of Business Development Operations in July 2017, where he had responsibility for the Investor Relations and Marketing functions as well as the delivery of client-facing strategic initiatives. He was appointed Deputy Chief Operating Officer in May 2025, before becoming Chief Operating officer in February 2026.

Flora is Director of Human Resources and a member of Aspect’s Executive Committee which is responsible for determining and executing Aspect’s overall corporate strategy. In her role, she is responsible for Aspect’s overall people strategy. Flora's wide range of responsibilities include recruitment (including apprentices, graduates, mid- and senior level executives and researchers), training, reward, culture, wellbeing and more. Aspect aims to attract and retain the best people in the industry, regardless of their background, by giving them the support and opportunity to thrive at work.

Mike joined Aspect in 2015 and is the firm’s Chief Technology Officer. In this role, he is responsible for all aspects of the firm’s technology strategy, architecture, and infrastructure. This includes setting the strategic direction and providing oversight for the quantitative development team, who are responsible for the architecture, implementation, and maintenance of the technical framework within which Aspect’s quantitative models operate. Mike also oversees the Software Development, Data Engineering, Platform Engineering and Infrastructure teams. He is a member of Aspect’s Executive Committee, which is responsible for determining and executing the firm’s overall corporate strategy.

Mr. Shapiro is Aspect’s Director of Risk. In this role, he is responsible for all areas of risk within the firm, including operational risk, post-trade risk monitoring and overseeing the risk function’s reviews of all new research and strategies and the resulting recommendations to the Investment Committee.
